[ Something occurs to him, though. M's really good at reading body language, and he hangs out with Eddie a lot... ]

...Did you, uh, know Eddie is into you? And, kind of weirdly, also into me?

[A small smile creeps onto M's face. So that's what this is about...]

You only noticed that now?

So you did know! Dude.

[ He squeezes his hand on M's hip, pushing him a little. ]

You could've said something. Jeez, I feel like a jerk for— For not noticing?

[ He was going to say for gushing about his hot boyfriend. Not that M needs the ego inflating. ]

Of course I knew.

[Slides his fingers up Cisco's thigh.]

You seem to have enough issues about us without throwing Eddie into the mix.

Hey, I don't have issues about us.

You mean to tell me your inferiority complex isn't a thing?

I love you, and you seem to think I'm going to run off the second I find someone "better."

[ He sighs, and leans in to kiss M, then leans his forehead against his. He hates this conversation a lot. ]

I don't think that specifically. I trust you, I do, and I love you, too, okay?

[M returns the kiss, and runs his other hand through Cisco's hair. It's because M knows he hates having this conversation is that he's avoided having this conversation for so long. However, the time has come to finally have it.]

It's something in the back of your mind.[M kisses him again.] And I know that too. That's never in doubt.

[ He lets himself be distracted with kisses for a minute, but pulls back a little again. ]

Okay, but seriously, I'm not asking because of an insecurity thing, but... What do you think of Eddie?

In what way?

You know what way I mean.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't attracted to him.

[M kisses Cisco again.]

But I'd never choose him over you.

[ Cisco kisses him and runs a hand down his arm. He lets the kiss drag on, until it's almost as if he's letting the conversation die there, but then... ]

What if maybe you didn't have to choose?

[M leans back so he can see all of Cisco's face.]

That's what's been on your mind tonight?

Hey, I'd be lying if I said I didn't think he was attractive.

So we're just going to sit here and mutually admire Edward Thawne now?

I should be insulted that you were thinking about him before.

Hey, hey, I wasn't thinking about him during!

[M smirks.]

Okay now I almost believe you.

[ He laughs and leans in to kiss him again. ]

Admit it, you're thinking about it now, too.

[M returns the kiss with zeal, mainly to butter Cisco up for what he's about to say next.]

Would you hate me if I said it's something I've already thought about?

[ He can't help the little flare of jealousy at that, but he's the one who brought this up. And he wasn't just saying it, earlier, when he said he trusts M. He really, really does. So he stomps the jealousy out and smiles. ]

I might be a little cranky you didn't share earlier, but nah.

We did just have that whole conversation about your "us" issues, babe.

What brought all this on, anyway?

I was working with Eddie on his powers this afternoon, when you were texting me our plans for tonight. I guess it bombed his mood enough to make the exercises go wrong, and so I asked him what was up...

[ He shrugs. ]
